Let’s get started! Whether you have booked a shoot, website design or brand consulting we will be there to guide you every step of the way. Project schedules & delivery times vary depending on the project. Brand photos are typically delivered 3-4 weeks post-session date. Social media and web development vary based on project scope.

We will evaluate your brand questionnaire and schedule your project and/or photography session date. After that, the real work begins! It’s essential that we understand your brand, and our process includes several hours of prep work and calls to ensure we have an intimate understanding of who you are, what you’re selling, and who you’re selling to.

We require a signed contract and retainer fee to book all services. This process is convenient and easy - you will book your package online through a personalized client portal that also functions as a home for all your important documents for your project. Please note, we do ask that you book 1-2 months in advance, although we do have limited availability for last-minute requests. Our calendar fills up quickly, and it’s essential that we’re able to give every client our full attention.

How do I find out more / book a consult / book my project?
We get it - this can be an overwhelming process! We offer a complimentary consultation to help you determine which service or package may be the best fit for you.
What if I have no idea what I need?
Yes, we can recommend a variety of vendors who will further enhance your session / brand such as hairstylists, makeup artists, prop & interior stylists, copywriters, graphic designers, and more.
Do you have other vendors you can recommend to help with my photo session / brand?
We have used Showit to design & build websites for over a decade. Their what-you-see-is-what-you-get platform makes it easy for you to update and maintain your site after we complete your website so that you can be in total control of most website content updates without the additional expense of hiring an expert. Showit also has a built-in Wordpress-based blog feature as well as sophisticated SEO tools to maximize functionality and create a site that will help attract your ideal clients.
What website design platform do you use?
We ask that our clients commit to blocking off time to work with us in the booked time period contracted. If clients do not respond in a timely manner and do not participate in the process, they will be bumped and their time slot opened for other clients. Based on our availability, they may be placed in the next available time slot and/or be required to pay a rebooking fee to reinstate their project. While we hope this doesn’t occur, your contract will have firm details on this process.
What happens if I don’t complete my tasks / reviewing drafts or plans before the deadlines are set?
Each project has its own unique timeline for completion based on the service & package booked. During the discovery process of our project, you will receive a timeline with deadlines that include both deliverables from The Brand Bottega to you, the client, and when you will be responsible for reviewing/responding/providing information. These timelines are set within your pre-booked time slot for completing your project.
How long will my project take?
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we are typically pre-booked weeks or months in advance. Our processes also include several hours of prep work so that we can get to know you and your brand so that we can identify your needs and plan/conceptualize your project. We believe this is an integral piece of the process, and cannot begin a project until this discovery process is complete.
Can we start ASAP? I need images/website now.
We book clients based on a set time period & project duration. We suggest that you book your photo session at least 2 months before you need the final images, 3 months in advance in the busier spring/fall months. Website design, social media content and brand consulting slots open up based on availability and may not be immediately available depending on our current bookings. Wondering why you need to book so far in advance? We spend an incredible amount of time getting to know your brand so that we can deliver truly on target services. As our calendar often fills in advance, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
When should I book my project?
While brand design is not one of our signature services, we do have a selection of graphic designers that we can recommend for identity branding. If you book one of our Brand Consulting packages, we will work alongside you and the designer to ensure your message and visuals coordinate with your identity branding.
Do you offer identity branding / logo design?
Ideally, yes! We prefer that you have already worked with a designer to have a logo and brand identity in place. Most often clients that already have a brand strategy in place and have identified their target audience tend to have a much easier time communicating their needs, therefore allowing us to more accurately capture your brand visually. If that is a process you have not completed, we are happy to make a recommendation and can work alongside your selected designer as a part of our Brand Consulting package.
Do I need to have a logo/visual branding before I hire you for Brand Photography?
In addition to brand photography, we offer website design, social media content creation, and brand consulting. These offerings are available a la carte, or through package offerings.
